This is a good comfortable chair with better build quality than I expected. Took me about 30 minutes to assemble it and I'm not handy at all. The instructions are simple illustrations. When assembling the levers, note the "R" and "L" stamps on the bottom of each lever. I missed these stamps on the underside of the metal base and had to remove and reassemble them when I realized they were on the wrong sides. The arms are fully adjustable up and down and can also be tilted. I'm a 5ft 9in female and the extended seat feature is great for a taller person with longer legs. The lumbar is a sturdy plastic support at the back of the chair back that can be adjusted up or down. The seat can be raised or lowered and the back of the chair has good recline which locks my back securely with no play. The back comes down to about my shoulders with a wide, roomy seat with adequate padding. I work 9am to 6am at my desk and I think it's the perfect everyday chair with lots of adjustments. Overall it's a good quality chair at a reasonable price.
