Complete disappointment

This computer was great, but only for 32 days. At that point he closed. After several days of calling HP and losing all my data, they said to send it back for repair. They said I will receive a box and instructions in 2 days. 5 days have passed and the box is still not there. Extremely disappointing experience. It's been 2 weeks since he left and it's no closer to a resolution than the day he left.
