These felt-backed silicone chair leg pads are relatively easy to install, but not durable. Maybe they are not meant for everyday use? Felt bottoms are stickers that will shift and fall off with prolonged use of the chair. Silicone caps are also not very safe. When I first received these items I installed them straight away and loved how quiet the chairs were when being pulled and pushed under the table. Now that we've been using them daily for almost two months, they're just uncomfortable and easy on the chair legs if left on the chair legs. I refuse to tape them to chair legs, as my partner reasonably suggested, because that would definitely damage the very legs I was trying to protect. Bottom line: not worth it, except maybe for storage.
