Nice little set of powder. I use this stuff for making soft fishing baits out of plastic. We use mica powder to add opaqueness to the colors so they are not as translucent. Dyes can be used but they normally just add color, adding mica adds depth and less clarity. This little pack is nice but although you get a good range, you really get quite a bit of blues and not enough variety in other colors. They saturate well but are very messy since they are sent in bags that have much static which causes the powder to stick to the sides and get all over the place. Set is okay, wish had a better variety of colors but not a bad price
