Successfully connected to my device the first time and hasn't connected since. I've tried everything imaginable. The information pack is really not very helpful, nor is the website. I toggled Airplane mode on and off and removed it from the connections list in the app and on my phone. I've tried connecting it to my phone and then to the app, and I've tried connecting it not to the phone but only to the app. I restarted my phone, force closed the app, turned the device off and on again. I've tried turning off the Bluetooth connection on the device and then turning it back on. I plugged it in and unplugged it again. I turned off my phone data and then turned it back on. I have cleared the cache and data on my app to make sure there is no problem with the app. App deleted and reinstalled. I only have a day or two and it already refuses to work. It would be great to at least get my money from him, but I didn't even have time to see how well he works while driving because he broke down too quickly. I hooked everything up the night I got it to make sure it worked and it worked. Then the next day I tried to connect to check it on my drive but couldn't connect. I ran a gambit troubleshooting today and nothing helped. Take my advice and don't waste your time and money.
