The team is very friendly - they are always willing help you with any questions or issues that come up during implementation of their product! They're so helpful it's awesome!! I don't have anything negative about them as an organization but sometimes there may be "lag" between responses from support staff members/emails being answered compared to other vendors' platforms where everything gets resolved quickly within minutes (or seconds!).

Overall we've seen some great results since using this platform including increased sales conversions by over 20%. Our customers love having access through one place all in-app purchase options for our products which has helped us grow more revenue while reducing customer service requests overall.-.
