Our chickens loved it and we loved watching them. If you have a man-tall chicken coop, you will need an extra chain or rope to hang it up. This is a long skewer with a wing nut. You pierce the food with it, then unscrew the nut and the chickens ride into town with it. The funniest thing is that it hangs about 6 inches overhead so they have to jump on it.
