I have purchased several Sponeed warm weather cycling jerseys and shorts in the past so I felt very comfortable purchasing this men's long sleeve thermal cycling jersey and pants. . I'm 5ft 7in, 175lbs, 42" chest and 34" waist. I ordered Med and found that it really suits me. My clothing is a bit looser, especially when wearing a lighter cycling jersey underneath on warmer days, so I returned the medication for a larger quantity. Jersey and pants have a light fleece lining. I rode 12 miles on February 1, 2021. It was cloudy, light wind 3-5 mph and 45 degrees Fahrenheit outside. I felt warm and comfortable the whole time. I would recommend them for cool weather rides. I've seen such gear cheaper from other sellers for $20, but the return policy isn't as flexible as Amazon's in case the size doesn't fit and the delivery times are much longer.
