Review on Guardian Technologies H920BL Ultrasonic Cool Mist Humidifier - 10 Hrs. Run Time, 210 Sq. Ft. Coverage, Small Rooms, Quiet, Filter Free, Treated Tank Resists by Danielle Rogers

Dry sinuses in winter? Look no further!

This was my first purchase of a 'cool' ultrasonic humidifier and I wasn't sure I'd like it - well it's great! As previous reviewers have pointed out, this doesn't apply to the entire room, but to a specific area of the room, e.g. B. your bedside table (as shown) or your desk / closet. The "mist" then rises under pressure (as the cool air settles), almost falling on you and humidifying the immediate space around you (unlike a "warm" humidifier, where the heat rises first and then escapes). ! Because sometimes you like the light, sometimes you don't and so on. And no, the power on light (not the tank's blue glow) is very dim and unnoticeable even for people like me who don't like incandescent bulbs with sleep. There is very little noise other than a faint hum. Again, that compares well to previous heated humidifiers I've had in the past. I have a 9 hour sleep period - I tested both settings, on low it runs all night and then some more. At high speed it is enough for about 4-5 hours. **Note: when we sleep with the ceiling fan on (high) it blows "mist" in all directions, just something to be aware of when sleeping with a ceiling fan. (I have yet to try other fan speeds, but I imagine any kind of wind, from a fan, or a breeze from a window, etc. will have a similar effect.) I hope this review has been of some help to you, as I only have researched extensively correct. for me and it (1 week so far) has been great!

Pros
  • ADDITIONAL FEATURES: This desktop humidifier is equipped with a low water indicator light to let you know when the reservoir needs to be refilled. The night light function makes it a great addition to a child's room. Multi-directional mist, auto shut off when tank is empty
Cons
  • Big and bulky
