Bought for my mom a few years ago. I was glad that it was inexpensive and optimal in size. I used it a little, sometimes (once a month) on Skype to talk, find something on the Internet once a week. Recently went horizontal stripes. Nothing fell, nothing broke. Used very carefully. There is no desire to go to the Samsung workshop. I know what a disgusting office this is. I myself have an iPad. Bought before, used many times more and no problems. I would not recommend anyone to buy Samsung products. For the second time I fly into breakdowns out of the blue. One annoyance from them.
