OH MY GOD! I've tried quite a few training collars and am very thankful that I finally found this one. We've only been using it for a few days and I can't understand how it's changed the little man we saved last summer. Seriously, we noticed a difference in barking in less than an hour! He barked at EVERYTHING. He has good hearing, which doesn't help. But the car drives down the street while we lie in bed to the tune of the TV show. We had another guy for a few years and he just barked when someone came to the door. But when we gained our salvation by barking, our older dog decided to follow our example and bark at everything. I've had collars that were supposed to do something when they barked, but when they did, it only worked half the time. And others who had a learner remote that was also dead when I used it, unless I had already lost it. Controlling by telephone changes the rules of the game significantly. I had to play around with the app a bit and read the instructions to make sure I was setting it up correctly. So it's not like the others that you just charge and you're done. But that's because he does more than everyone else. I recorded my voice and said NO! to using the app to punish anything but barking. I figured I'd give him some time to get used to it before I started training for other things. We fought the house by tearing it down. I think it could be great to help him finally get him to stay out of the house. I was so embarrassed because he kept barking when we let him out early in the morning and late at night. I'm sure even my neighbors noticed the difference. It was so bad we didn't get delivery because the man thought his barking meant he might attack. Although he actually weighs 15 pounds, he is very cute. Having your phone with you most of the time makes it much easier to use. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COLLAR.
