The first day after unboxing I spilled some water on the toe of a shoe, dabbed it with a paper towel and the color faded. Now stains. "Product Support" on the Revain website. Manufacturer offered by Rockport. Replace missing or damaged parts. Fix technical problems. Visit the support site or call 1-800-762-57678. A Rockport spokesman said they only support customers who bought shoes on the Rockport website or in their stores, not Revain customers. I then called Revain support. As always Revain was great - told me to return the damaged shoes even though the damage was my fault and the shoes had already been worn outside. Thank you Rewin!
