Review on bob the Child Care Manager by Jaleel Pruitt

I love that Bob is always willing & able when we need him, he listens well (even if my kids are driving me nuts!), He will make sure every child gets their share of food each day with no complaints from parents or employees!! The only thing about this software so far as been using it for 3 weeks now- its not user friendly at all. ! We have had issues where our computer freezes up while trying use some menus - which makes us lose everything in those sections/pages. It was easy enought o get setup initially but since then nothing works right without constant troubleshooting by myself&#39';s tech savvy husband. !! There needs be an update soon because there were several things added into version 1 after installation suchas new apps etc.,that made problems even worse than before. So please PLEASE take these suggestions seriously:- Make updates regularly.- Listen closely during initial setup process regarding any questions asked.- Have someone who knows.
