After searching everywhere for a shaving brush that met my criteria, I was happy to find this one. My criteria were: 1. Fits on my Edwin Jagger razor stand2. Reasonable Price - I will not pay more for a piece of bent metal than I would for my razor! This is a sturdy little stand that fits my brush (Escali) perfectly. I can't lift it vertically, but I can remove it by lifting it up a little and moving it horizontally. My brush is rinsed very thoroughly and then hung out to dry. Vertical alignment is very important for brushes, but if you buy a stand you already know that. If stored on their side or with the bristles up, they tend to rot and have a much shorter lifespan. I've had this stand for 2 months now and still enjoy looking at it every time I shave. Pros: This stand is very pretty and well worth the money. Cons: None (may not fit a large brush, but mine worked fine)
