This is my second DVR, the first one was returned after a few weeks because it wasn't recording at all. When finally contacted they said it was a micro card so they sent me a new micro card which didn't work. They determined the unit was bad, so I returned it and bought another one. Several months have passed, there are problems with the recording, downloading to the computer does not always work. I have to constantly reformat the card. Cannot contact customer service due to Covid-19 NO PHONE SUPPORT. Previously you had to leave a message and they would get back to you within 24/48 hours, usually when you were away from the branch or at home. I want to return it but I can't contact REXING.
