Levers are durable steel. No trailing screws were included and the instructions were terrible. You will need a 3" screw + wood screw to go through the bracket depending on your wall between the drywall and the rack. I don't like that the pan head screw goes unthreaded in the hole. I tightened it up but hopefully it will last a long time. A pan head screw hole was too close to the edge of the steel arm, so I had to drill the same holes in both vertical bars. I think it's a good product with the above problems.
