I liked these but I think they are a bit expensive for the quality. The base is strong and beautiful. The candle part is very thin and cheap. I don't think they will last for years. Where you screw in the light is very dim. With new batteries they shone through our windows bright enough to be seen from the street. The timer worked fine but make sure you have everyone with you, put the batteries in first and then quickly unscrew all the caps so all the timers are as close together as possible. I wish the timer was a little longer to get through the whole dark winter evening.
