Connected and tested on Saturday. Connected the solar panel for a few hours. On Tuesday I went to see how much the battery was being drained from having the panel connected to the battery during my days off, only to find the screen was blank. Checked, I had 12.5v on the controller battery screws. This is consistent with other reviews so this seems like a big issue. As for the rear, I'm wondering why there isn't some sort of heatsink on the back (like most solar controllers). Sent Tuesday under warranty, got a reply Thursday asking for a photo with the voltage when connecting the battery and a blank screen. Still waiting for permission. If you don't succeed, like me and many others, don't forget to send a photo with him to save a few days. Note: If you look at the images on Revain, you can see two different Renogy 20A Voyager controllers. Lighting and display are slightly different between them.
