I like that you can easily set up an email account with one click. It's easy for new users to navigate through as well. The interface is modernized so it looks good in desktop or mobile browsers. You don't need much technical knowledge since most things are self explanatory once you've used this product for some time. Sometimes there aren't enough features available when compared to other providers. In addition, sometimes certain functions work better than others. For example, we use Epichost to manage our domains/subdomains (we're a digital agency), but they offer very little control over DNS records which makes managing subdomain names difficult sometimes. We also needed something where we could host multiple websites from 1 place, however, Hostgator offers only shared hosting services and doesn't allow us full root access. This was great because its cheap compared to competitors like GoDaddy.
