To be honest, haven't worn a real bra since COVID started but prior, I was about a 38C probably fluctuating on the heaver set.

Large sportswear usually gives me enough support, this set was purchased to play beach volleyball! The main sports bra section provided good enough support to dive and jump but unfortunately, the straps are quite thin and keep rolling and cutting into the skin when doing any high active movement. I would still use this for gym, yoga or weights but need another option for running or high pace activity!
