I am roughly 5'5", 230lbs, and I wear a 38C or 38D, depending on brand. I really do like this shirt, especially the blue color, but I bought an XL and it didn't fit my arms. This has always been a struggle for me as I have larger biceps. For anyone else looking to buy this shirt who struggles with having larger arms, my biceps are 15.5" around the largest part. If the sleeves had another 3/4 of an inch, it would have fit nicely and I would have kept the shirt because it fit and was flattering.
