Flatulence and bloating is good for diet and sports nutrition
I love the taste and I love having something different in my pantry smoothies, but GRIEF, bloating and bloating are serious with this product! On the plus side, a smoothie for lunch gives me enough gas and discomfort that I don't feel like eating for the rest of the day. I'll have to cut down to half a scoop until that's gone, but I doubt I'll buy it again. If you're prone to constipation, this is probably great for you. but that's not where my needs lie.
