The tool has a user friendly interface which helps in data entry for various applications with ease and accuracy.The tool provides us complete insight about our risks along with their mitigation measures in an easy way by generating various reports automatically at regular intervals as per need. I have no dislikes regarding this software so far. It does what it promises i.e., provide the required information to its end users in a very efficient manner without any hindrance. We can use this tool whenever there are needs to obtain some key details like critical control points, system areas etc related to each product/ service under risk assessment. It has helped us in keeping track of our risks as well as providing recommendations for improvement where needed. The software does not have any downsides at all so far! We are using it daily with no issues whatsoever. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking into an integrated solution. Our organization was solving problems related to financial frauds; however now we can also look after regulatory requirements such as Sarbanes-Oxley Act etc.,.
