UPDATE 04/23/21. After a few weeks, the wireless charger becomes unstable. It will charge for a while and then stop charging. I had to plug my phone in while it was on the charging dock if I wanted to make sure it stayed charged. Rating changed to 4* Update 2: I replaced the USB-C cable with a more durable one and it didn't have this problem with wireless charging. Sometimes it takes multiple tries to put it on the charging pad for it to start charging. IMPORTANT: This product appears to have been recently updated. All other photos of this product look different than what I received. I think the version I have has many improvements. I am simply delighted with this product. It is excellent! I started driving Uber and needed a way to access my phone while driving. This product seems to put the phone in the best possible position. I love the way it is taught. I love mechanical hands. I love how easy the open/close mechanism works. I love that this is a fast wireless charger. I was excited that it had a hole in the bottom so I could keep my phone wired. It works, but the wireless charger is fast enough that I don't need or want to plug it in. This renders the built-in Tesla wireless charger unusable. I managed to hide the power cord completely under the console skin. The length of the supplied cable is perfect and the 12V USB port allows you to plug it in under your armrest. I'm less inclined to leave my phone in the car because it's impossible to miss it when I get out. This is great for using Waze while driving, giving you the best of both worlds with CarPlay-style access while still keeping Tesla Nav working. The bonus glasses holder is a great and useful addition. These are my first thoughts after using it for about a day. I will update if I run into any problems in the future. I can't believe how good this product is. Highly recommended.
