Disappointing - comes in a kit for 3/4" lumber but can be supplied with spacers for other thicknesses. Update: Includes installation for 1" thick lumber. Since this jig didn't easily center the dowels, I wouldn't waste my money. I thought I'd buy precision, convenience, and easy movement of the fixture. As I needed a jig for a specific job In 5 minutes I have several of these in the store. I feel cheated and cheated because nowhere on the Milescraft website has this centering problem resolved. To center the 1" wood gauge you must remove the 4 screws that holding the plastic spacer with the rubber spacer, and inserting an approximately 3/64" spacer in its place. I used a Simpson Strong Tie TP35 (3 1/8" x 5") that I have in cut two pieces to replace the 2 washers removed The metal plate is too thin to use 4 screws so I used double sided tape The metal plate is sold at Home Depot for 92 cents Ge enter TP35. Home Depot's search box will take you straight there.
