I bought this as a reserve until I remodel the storage cabinet in my new home, after that I will buy a jewelry box for life. However, this is enough for now and I plan on keeping it for a couple of years. Quality: A bit poor, as the fabric warps a bit after a few weeks. However, it was $17, so no damage, no foul. Otherwise the fabric looks nice and feels comfortable. It's worth noting that this is not an anti-tarnish fabric for silver. Design: Adequate for my purposes, although I wish some of the boxes on the lower tier were a bit larger. It would be nice if the bottom layer was a bit deeper as well. However, most of my jewelry fits and is organized and easily accessible. Price: This was a better price than many similar boxes and $17. No complaints on that front. Delivery/customer service: both good. No need to contact and sent/received promptly.
