I've never owned waders before and normally I'm skeptic when I have to guess the size of things. You never know how products are made. Sizes vary. I'm an average guy 5' 9" and weigh 155 lbs. I where a size 10 shoe in Asics Kayano and the size 10 waders worked perfectly. My only concern was that there is no support in the boot. When my son and I fished last weekend in Oswego, NY I felt every rock and bump through the rubber sole. Luckily I had an old pair of my running shoes and I took the insoles out and swapped them out. They worked perfectly. Once I added my micro spikes for grip, my day was perfect. We even got lucky that day with a King Salmon. I like the camo and you can't beat the price.
