I want to love this good for Car Video

I bought two of these and installed one. I don't know where to start. Sound delay when connecting via Bluetooth, spelling mistakes, no radio signal reception, I can't get the front camera right, no user manual. again and again. I will check for software updates and install the second one to make sure I have the broken one right now. will post an update.
