Youtuber recommended this type of cap but in size XL. Since I don't have thick hair, I went for the standard size. I put oils on my hair at night and I was tired of washing pillowcases every day. i love this thing I no longer have to keep my hair in a hair tie. This hood can withstand anything. The bandage around the face is also comfortable.
