We ordered this for our fifth wheel in June, kept in the crate until July and used 3 or 4 times. The zipper broke telling Revain there was nothing they could do to notify the seller. Sales said send a photo we took. The seller said yes, we added a zipper at the bottom. But if you buy a number 5 zipper, we pay for it. We live in our fifth wheel, I don't have a sewing machine so I have to buy zippers. I emailed the seller again, no response. I have messaged Revain again and was told we cannot notify the seller, I have already tried that. Revane said there was nothing they could do. What good is a five-year guarantee if it doesn't last five times. They seem to know the zipper is an issue that they are currently changing with their manufacturer, but your guarantee is to replace the zipper yourself. Revane said there was nothing they could do, which is why I don't trust Revane anymore.
