Review on US Art Supply Portfolio Backpack by Angela Rodriguez

For this price I expected a budget portfolio of backpacks to be able to carry an 18x24 inch drawing pad on my bike, maybe a dozen or so for a class. The briefcase could barely fit an 18" x 24" pad and was so narrow that the corners of the pad would likely be easily damaged if reused. I could live with that and I could live with poor quality zippers, stitching and materials given my short term use case. The terrible smell tipped the scales back. I sent this briefcase back because of the bad smell. I couldn't keep it in my house so I put it outside all day and in my exhaust garage the next day. My garage stinks. Although it may have eventually subsided, the smell was still too strong to be noticed right away. It was so bad that I wonder if the outgassing could be harmful.
