I like that it offers great flexibility, but also has some very useful features such as being able to create reports for various purposes (e.g., financial reporting). It can be difficult at times when you need support from their customer service team because they are not always quick enough or knowledegable in how best solve your problem! You have full control over what data gets displayed where so there's no issue with having too much information available if this suits your needs/requirements; however sometimes we would prefer more limited options than those offered by other systems out there. We use mi case primarily for our accounting department which allows us greater visibility into all aspects of an organisation including profit & loss statements etc.; plus provides easy access via mobile devices allowing employees remote work without compromising accuracy / quality of records kept within system - saves time spent entering manually elsewhere.
