The platform is easy to use with intuitive UI that allows you to create your own triggers in seconds without any training required from support team or sales people.
It also helps me monitor my campaign's performance using various metrics like engagement rate, open rates etc.Triggers are not customizable as I would want them to be (for example - sending email only if user visited page X). Also integration of other tools such as Marketo could help us improve our marketing automation process by allowing better tracking between different systems within one toolbox for easier management.
