I've searched and searched the internet to find something attractive, easy to install and most importantly not leaking (which seems to be common in this type of installation). These "leaky" reviews seemed to be rare. I called support and was able to speak to a very nice person who explained that most of the problems are due to installation errors. He gave me some advice and I was confident I had found the right one. Installation was easy (just read the instructions carefully) and I was lucky enough to have a third hole in my sink (from a spray bottle that I never use looks great on my sink. The water flow is fantastic and once the faucet is closed there is no dripping and there is also a blue light which illuminates when the faucet is activated and indicates when the faucet is open A new filter is already installed. It's been about 10 days and still no leaks under the cabinet. PLUS the filter itself seems to remove quite a few nasty things from the water according to the spec sheet. I am very happy with the faucet, the filtration system, the taste of the water and the customer service - I called them extra, left a voicemail and got a call back within minutes - imagine that!
