The ability to easily manage your property with one platform is great! It's easy enough that anyone can use it without any training or support needed from us (the developers).

There are still some things we'd like added but this has been an excellent product so far - especially given our small size compared other larger platforms out there in terms of features/functionality as well ease of implementation / setup process. We have found many benefits including being able solve problems quickly by using what they call "hotel automation" which allows you set rules around how rooms should be cleaned etc., allowing staff members more time focused towards guest service rather than having them spend all their day managing inventory & room cleaning procedures instead.
