Review on OWDEN 3Pcs Leathercraft Modeling Tools by Carla Anderson

Probably my most important leather embossing tool is the Tandy modeling tool, which has very small and slightly large spoons, similar to the medium sized tool in this set. I temporarily lost this tool and couldn't resist the cheap price of this set so I went for it. Upon receipt, I immediately found that the tips of these tools ALL needed to be smoothed; They had sharp edges and ridges that were hard to see but easy to spot with a fingertip. After smoothing each tool tip with a fine ceramic whetstone, these tools worked well. Although these tools are not as fine and finely crafted as the Tandy tool, they can do some pretty fine work once the roughness is smoothed out. I'm glad I found my Tandy tool but they are used too.
