So. When it came to me all its parts were broken. The packaging was dented and torn in several places. It comes with a sharpener, but seriously, how are you supposed to use it when all the parts are broken and you can't fit enough in to sharpen it? The way the pen is set up, the small parts (for the most part) don't matter as it grips it close to where it exits, so it's there and still usable, just not with a sharp point , which I wanted . Not worth returning, but I definitely wouldn't recommend dealing with a company that ships in such a crappy way, KNOW it's a product that breaks easily. I mean COME those are thin pieces of chalk! WTF! Also pay attention to the colored ones. It's not chalk. I don't know who they thought they were fooling, but it's immediately obvious that they didn't chalk it up. They look and feel more like a pencil.
