I bought this for my friend who is a professional dog walker. She had been walking the 9 month old *puppy* for a little over a month and on the walk the loop holding the half ring came loose at the seam almost with a bang as the dog twitched a little (much less than before) . Luckily the pup stopped right where it pulled (just at the bottom of the slack). She didn't trust the second D-ring above it at this point, and we're all glad she didn't because they both appear to be sewn with the same stitch. I guess a dog harness would be a little more durable than this. Very disappointed as this happened just a few weeks after the return window had closed. Also remember that the iPhone XR will NOT fit in the front pocket of the phone, it must fit in the back pocket instead. As other reviews have pointed out, the water bottle case/sleeve doesn't hold very firmly so it dangles uncomfortably at the waist which throws off the entire balance you have when carrying a backpack with a dog attached to it a leash. He has such potential. VERY disappointed, now we have to invest in a new dog walking/belting solution elsewhere.
