The obvious drawbacks follow: I waited in the shop for 15 minutes and heard no problems. At home, if you listen for an hour or more, your ears will start to perspire. The headphones' ear cushions "sat down" after about a month of use, meaning the material inside shrank until the plastic inside the earphone touched the surface of the ear (where the speaker is). This is extremely uncomfortable and necessitates removal or relocation of the headphones. Even at 8 in the morning, there is a wait time of 15 minutes or more to speak with someone on the phone; I opted not to wait for a callback, and I did not get one. Likewise, when I tried to send an email through the website, the timer just kept spinning, and my message never went out. First-rate quality and support Bravo, Sony!
