Ball doesn't fit in the chair. I ordered blue/green, pink/purple and grey/orange for my kids. All balls are dragged across the floor. Yes, I followed the instructions and on the second day I deflated and re-inflated to 50%. still pulls The description says the ball is 35cm in diameter. The photos show the ball protruding through the front bar and touching the rear brace. I measured the distance straight from the bar to the back and it was 40cm. The pictures are incredibly deceiving. I leave the base, but now I have to buy 45cm balls so that they fit snugly and do not sag in the hole.
