Well, firstly, up to this point I have tested over fifty different devices based on Tuya Smart Life, and from this point of view it was generally no different, although I was disappointed that this is implemented as an old-style version where you had to hold down a key to put it into setup mode and then manually search for it. I've been spoiled by those with a Bluetooth module that the Smart Life app finds without even trying. Anyway, I don't see that as a problem as it's a one-time install only and not uncommon. There is only an idea of the implementation level of this product. The user interface in the Smart Life app has all the features I would expect and allows you to toggle each individual plug and USB port on and off manually, or all or all. I would have liked a toggle mode for those that are on to just turn them all off and back on without turning them all on, but that's just a wish list item. What you have works well enough and it should be possible to use a group to tweak certain combos. As for the power panel itself, it seems structurally pretty well done. The power button is a one-button toggle switch that repeats all the actions of the application when you turn it on and off. It looks like other outlets with multiple switches, so I can't plug it into that either. However, what I would really like to see would be an indicator for each active socket as there are so many. All you have is a blue LED for each of them and a red LED for network status (flashing when it's set up and solid when connected). However, given the amount of control you have here, separate status LEDs would be really nice, so I'd have a hard time giving a full five stars for anything. Maybe a bit picky, but oh well. Now that they've really lost all their points, Alexa support seems to be missing. Usually when I add a device to Smart Life it shows up in Alexa right away, but here even the search doesn't connect. I don't know if this is a general issue with the Tuya platform (probably because I don't think the device manufacturer is actually doing much on the software side) or with the device itself, and it could be a temporary bug fixed and if so i will come back and update but as it makes the whole thing pretty useless for the purpose i bought it for i can't give it more than a few stars and they should be happy about it!
