They did what we needed
We breed rabbits for 4 hours. One did not drink water and consequently had problems with faeces. We put a darker ring (mineral plus salt) in her box and she started licking it off and drinking water. I hope the problems are over. It's salt marshes, folks. I can't say if it will work for every creature you need it for, but it's decent salt slime - haven't tried it myself. My rabbit loves it. That's all I can say.
