I like how easy it was to use this app for our team and also my clients! It kept them engaged with me throughout their entire appointment time (even during times they had other things going on in life).

The only thing I would say I dislike about this product is that you cannot have multiple people using different apps on one account without having each person set up individual accounts or paying an additional fee. This service has been great so far as well as very affordable too! Great price point compared to some of the more expensive services out there! We are able to keep track via email of appointments/appointments missed etc., the customer portal allows customers to see what's coming next in their scheduling process & gives us a way to give feedback on upcoming tasks if needed.
