Great system for tracking staff progress
I like that this software can be used in any department or organization to track your employees performance as well their training needs! This is great because it has helped us with our retention rate which was very low at one point due lack of proper management from previous managers we had before implementing these systems into place!! It also helps keep everyone's records up-to date so there are no errors regarding employee time sheets etc.. We have not encountered anything negative about using corous 360 other than sometimes they get glitchy but overall i love how easy everything works together and all departments seem happy when utilizing its services.
