I love using them - I use them to bake muffins, muffins, cheesecake and frozen treats. They are very versatile and useful in the kitchen. The browns are surprisingly tough compared to the orange-purples, but that's no big deal - they all stand up and make great baked goods. They are quite difficult to clean - I had to wash them. The best method I've found is to fill a bowl or plate with hot, soapy water and soak for a few minutes, then clean it. They like to stick to small bits in the folds (especially with cheesecake), but that's generally not a problem. I've used them all the time and even after baking, washing, freezing, they still look great and hold up really well. I had no problems with pastries sticking or tearing. Now you're wondering what I've done with all the beautiful cupcake liners I've acquired over the years? Get these treats out, and when you take them out to serve or share, place them in a tray. Voila. Won't stick or lose half of your cupcake on the liner, tidy up your cupboards and looks amazing. :D
