Review on boruizhen by Jim Escobedo

In Boruizhen, you can find everything. What on earth was I looking for once more?

As a result, I discovered Boruizhen, an online retailer that specializes in selling sporting goods and outdoor gear, mainly bicycles. I initially thought it was a fantastic find, but oh, was I mistaken. Their website is a complete mess, to start. It's difficult to navigate because it's disorganized and cluttered. Trying to find the desired merchandise made me feel as though I was lost in a maze. And when I did locate it, it was sold out! What a frustration. They also have a little selection of things in stock, which is unexpected given that they advertise having a broad selection. Come on, Boruizhen, if you're going to specialize in anything, at least show that specialization is supported by enough variety. Don't even bring up their customer service. It appears as though they are unconcerned about their clients. When I encountered a problem with my order, their support staff took long to respond. When I did, they were unpleasant and unhelpful. In general, I would not advise visiting Boruizhen. Despite their claims to the contrary, they are more like a one-stop shop for hassles and dissatisfaction than a one-stop shop for bicycle equipment.

Pros
  • high-caliber goods
Cons
  • There may be delays in shipping.
