This was recommended to me by a friend as I've been struggling with energy and weight after having my 3rd son. (and a little depression) I started noticing a HUGE difference in mental clarity and sustained energy, especially in the middle of the day when I'm usually feeling "bored". I also take a few other supplements to help with weight loss but I seem to have committed to them but after I started adding these supplements I started losing weight again! My husband spoke last night about how my overall attitude has changed over the past week or so, which I didn't really find to be a bad thing before, but I love that he's noticing the difference as much as I'm noticing the difference can! This is definitely something I will keep in my routine!
