Ideal for reducing post-workout pain.

I think this is a great product. ALA and ALC work well in combination. I felt it helped reduce general post-workout muscle soreness the day and improved mental clarity. This product may have helped reduce my widespread pain and fibrosis symptoms in general. Definitely recommend it to anyone with chronic muscle pain or depression. The only reason I give this 4 stars is because this supplement is heavy on the stomach. I took it with food and it was ok, but Acetyl-L-Carnitine has a very harsh…
