Me: I'm having some problems with these 6mp bullet cameras I've ordered from you'll. I'm not able to see picture in web browser. They came in pal setting, which I changed to ntsc. The firmware would not updated to newest firmware. Still got the 2017 version. I've been importing dahua products and installing over 20yrs. So using active x in internet explorer and add-on in chrome I'm fully aware of. Are these cameras you sell for the Chinese market? I got pics of the update messages. I've ordered 8pcs of this model.Supplier: Yes, this is oem version from Dahua OEM factory with a better price,no logo ,can't not be upgrated.it is the fixed version. This is a hot sell model, i am not sure your situation,if you can not see the pictures in web browser,We recommend that you remove the browser plug-in and reinstall it. Do you know how to remove it? Or tomorrow i'll let the tech show you the steps and let you know in screenshots. In good faith, the device is not upgradeable except for the firmware that is customizable, and in fact already comes with the best features and performance because the optical zoom series is not up to date. This version is stable and very useful. Hoping you can fix it or i let my techinician to send you guide picture to you or arrange a techinian who can help you remotely via Teamviewer What's your plan?
