I had high hopes for this chair when I bought it to replace my worn out office chair. It was the style I wanted, it looks good and overall I feel pretty good about Revain branded items because of the quality. However, this chair is disappointing. The build wasn't too bad, but after a few days of use I found that it would hurt to sit in it no matter how I tried to adjust it. This chair gave me hip, hip and groin pain every day after just 30 minutes of use and then broke. Was on a conference call when all of a sudden the seat angle adjuster slammed and the seat tipped all the way forward and wouldn't hold its angle at all. One of the armrests also has a chip in a molded plastic piece that slides up and down to adjust after just a week of use. Do not buy. I ended up finding used office furniture nearby and bought a used professional office chair that cost less than this item.
